Every year Stocker Farms hosts a local corn maze design intended to educated and entertain. We are currently soliciting submissions for our 2010 design. For more information contact keith@stockerfarms.com.
Celebrating Snohomish's 150th - 2009 Maze
LAST YEAR'S THEME: Join Stocker Farms in wishing the City of Snohomish a happy 150th birthday. Our ten acre maze has two miles of trails to challenge your senses. Enjoy views from any of our three bridges that look over the field all the while discovering how Snohomish became the City by the River. Local musician Tim Noah has created the Ballad of Snohomish to entertain you as you roam through this year's maze. Open days and evenings, this is fun for everyone! As a bonus we're going to tell you about historical locations in Snohomish that are fun to explore and discover! Where is the oldest headstone in Snohomish? How did bootleggers smuggle moonshine off the river into the speakeasys during prohibition? Where are the Spirits in Snohomish? The history is so close you can touch it! Remember that this is a corn field. The ground can be uneven and muddy. We encourage you to dress appropriately for the weather, bring a flashlight for evening outings, and please leave your pets at home. Note: We do not allow open containers, backpacks, purses or handbags into the maze after 6:00 p.m. Please leave these items at home or in your car. GROUPS First, groups of 20-49 save $1.50 off admission. Groups of 50 or more save $2.00. Second, your group can take advantage of our express admission gate. All groups need to pay as one to take advantage of these benefits. Don't Wait In Lines! We get busy at night. You can avoid waiting in our ticketing line by clicking on the Buy Now button on the left. You can print your e-ticket at home and bring it directly to the Customer Service window at our ticket booth. Cool Prizes We have stuff to give away! Bring a canned food item and get a glow stick to light your way through the night maze or take home for this year's trick or treat outing.
