FARM POLICIES

Donations

Stocker Farms loves being a part of this community, and we feel blessed by the support we have received over all these years, so thank you to all those who have supported us by being a part of our farm family. If you are seeking a raffle prize or similar donation, we may be able to provide passes that would suit your needs.

We are happy to be able to donate to many of the causes brought before us, but unfortunately, we are unable to meet every need due to the high volume of donation requests. You may submit a request at any time, however, the request must be received at least 15 days prior to the date it is needed. (Requests received after September 15th will be held until November 15th for review, as this is our busiest season). If you do not receive a response within 5 days of submission that means we will not be able to fulfill your request. Past support of an organization does not ensure future support. Please, do not show up and ask for donations.

Fall Season

Friends & Family Photos – Amateur Photographers (non-paid)
We love that you choose to be our guest and capture the beauty of the farm for your backdrops! We
look forward to hosting you on the farm and seeing the beautiful photos that you share. We welcome
you to take photos and make memories amongst the Sunflowers. We ask that you follow the guidelines
listed below:

  • Photography is allowed during our regular business hours only. Please respect our closing time.

  • Do not attempt to take photos along the entry driveway, not only is it not safe, but the flowers in that location do not tolerate any foot traffic and we want to keep that area looking nice for all to enjoy. Please enter the farm and begin your sunflower adventure once inside the farm.

  • We allow phones and cameras only. Drones, props, ladders, step stools and lighting are not allowed.

  • Please be considerate of all guests enjoying the farm – do not be in their way and do not ask them to move.

  • All persons must stay within the public areas of the farm. No photos inside the barn. Do not go past any fences or pennants. Please do not stand in any flower beds or disturb displays. Please do not sit on fences or climb trees.

  • No dogs or pets are allowed at any time outside of our pet friendly dates.

  • All photos shall be family-friendly in nature.

  • Stocker Farms assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any equipment or belongings.

  • We encourage you to share photos on various social media platforms. Please tag Stocker Farms when doing so.

  • If you have any photographs you would like to share with us for marketing purposes, please send them to info@StockerFarms.com with a written statement giving us permission to use your photos, the name of the people in the photo, their ages and the name of the photographer.

  • Our policies are subject to change without notice.

Professional Photographers

  • Professional photographers must follow all the above guidelines and those below as well.

  • Professional photography is not allowed on weekends in October.

  • Admission must be purchased by all photographers and their clients. Wristbands must be worn at all times. No special pricing will be given.

  • We allow phones and cameras only. Drones, props, ladders, step stools and lighting are not allowed. Do not use our wagons to transport equipment.

  • Make sure your clients have your cell phone, so they can contact you on the farm. Our staff is not responsible for these arrangements. Photographers are responsible for their clients as well as letting their clients know the boundaries set up in this contract.

  • Photographers and clients may not enter any area off-limits to customers. No lifting or ducking under pennant strings to access closed areas.

  • Photographers and clients may not take down, dismember, replace, or relocate any item set up by Stocker Farms.

  • The Flower Field along the entry drive is off limits to photography. We want to keep that area looking nice for all to enjoy. Please enter the farm and begin your photography once inside the farm.

  • If you are taking photography/videography for advertising or mass media purposes, please contact us in advance – info@StockerFarms.com

  • Stocker Farms is not responsible for any photography equipment, props, etc. left at the premise or damaged while at the farm.

  • Stocker Farms reserves the right to remove any photographers or clients that cause a disturbance without a refund.

  • Our policies are subject to change without notice.
