ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
FIELD TRIPS ARE SELF-GUIDED
-
This is a self-guided experience on the farm.
-
Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
-
Please pay for all attendees when making your reservation. This includes all children, parents/chaperones, siblings and staff.
-
Reservations MUST be paid and booked at least seven (7) days in advance.
-
A 20-person minimum is required for field trip reservations.
-
If you have additional attendees on the day of the field trip not accounted for in your total purchase count, they will purchase tickets separately at full price on our website or in-person at our ticket silo.
-
Note that if they do not pay for a ticket through your field trip booking, they will pay full price of admission for entry.
RAIN CHECKS
-
Field trips are rain or shine! If you choose to cancel, it will be difficult to reschedule your field trip, and there are no refunds, similar to our traditional ticket policy.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
-
Check-in will happen at our designated field trip check-in area, to the right of the ticket silos.
-
All wristbands will be given to the main check-in person to distribute to the group.
-
All wristbands must be on before entering the farm.
-
Once all wristbands are on, one of the field trip guides will take the group into the farm to their designated lunch area.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
-
To ensure the best experience for your group, please arrive 15 minutes early for your field trip time.
-
Field trips typically last around 3 hours. Dependent on school policy, a parent is more than welcome to stay with their student at the farm longer than the 3-hour window.
DRESS
-
Please have your students and attendees dress appropriately for the weather. All field trips are outdoors.
-
Please remember jackets, boots, sunscreen, water, and/or hats if needed. Open-toed shoes are strongly discouraged.
